Blog Post Activity#4

As a student of RMMC, I would like to computerized the process of getting the evaluation grades of each student of RMMC.

Most of us get a vary hard time to get our evaluation grades during the end of the semester, waiting for how many days to get our grades. I would like to suggest that in getting our evaluation grades it should be in the computerized system.

The student will simply type their student number, type what is their purpose which is getting the evaluation grades for the semester, they will also type the school year and after typing, it will be printed out. This will be less effort, less time, more convenient, much easier way in getting the evaluation grades in the part of the students and employees of the RMMC.

Justify or contradict the MIS trends by citing examples:

MIS users are more knowledgeable because through MIS , we can gather more information that can be added to our knowledge and this can help you to decide what are the possible alternatives you are going to used in your problems.Example of this is, if you have a question on which you cannot find the answer anywhere, through MIS you can find what is the answer or you will able to know the answer of the questions by simply searching it or using this kind of system.

Management Information System

Management Information Systems (MIS), sometimes referred to as Information Management and Systems, is the discipline covering the application of people, technologies, and procedures — collectively called information systems — used by management accountants to solving business problems such as costing a product, service or a business-wide strategy. Management Information Systems are distinct from regular information systems in that they are used to analyze other information systems applied in operational activities in the organization.[1] Academically, the term is commonly used to refer to the group of information management methods tied to the automation or support of human decision making, e.g. Decision Support Systems, Expert systems, and Executive information systems.[1]
